• Long-form video, guaranteed publication quality, legal clearance, permanent asset archival, and deterministic outputs are not promised.

• Veyloom is operated by an independent developer / individual operator; no registered company entity is currently published.
• Users are responsible for rights, likeness permissions, brand approvals, legal compliance, Veyloom policies, platform rules, and relevant third-party model or provider terms.
• Generated outputs should be reviewed before commercial publication.
• Veyloom does not grant rights to third-party trademarks, likenesses, or copyrighted source material supplied by a user.

• Failed generations automatically return credits when no completed output is created.
• First subscription payments may be eligible for refund within 7 days of purchase if the purchased subscription credits have not been used.
• Damaged outputs, unavailable downloads, duplicate charges, and delayed generations should be reported to support@veyloom.com for review.
• Do not assume every retry is automatically free; check visible account and policy messaging.
