Acceptable Use Policy

Veyloom is operated by an independent developer / individual operator. Veyloom does not currently publish a registered company entity, and no personal street address is published.

Veyloom may be used to create lawful AI images and videos for creative, marketing, educational, and product workflows.

Commercial use is allowed only when you comply with applicable law, Veyloom policies, platform rules, and the terms of any relevant third-party model or provider.

You are responsible for the prompts, uploaded media, rights to source materials, likeness permissions, and final use of generated assets.

Do not use Veyloom to generate, request, upload, edit, distribute, or promote NSFW, adult, pornographic, sexually explicit, sexually suggestive, nude, erotic, fetish, or other adult sexual content. This prohibition applies to all AI image and video generation prompts, negative prompts, uploaded reference media, and generated outputs.

Do not create illegal content, sexual content involving minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, malicious impersonation, targeted harassment, hateful content, or instructions for physical or digital harm.

Do not use Veyloom for face-swap, deepfake, or face-manipulation content, including non-consensual likeness use, deceptive identity manipulation, or realistic impersonation.

Do not use Veyloom to infringe copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, or other third-party rights.

Do not upload media that you do not have the right to use, and do not attempt to bypass moderation, rate limits, or security controls.

Do not market, request, or use Veyloom as an uncensored, no filter, NSFW, 18+, or unfiltered generation service.

You may not use Veyloom to create or distribute misleading high-risk content, including election or political deception, medical misinformation or impersonation, financial scams or misleading investment claims, legal advice deception, fake official notices, public safety misinformation, or content that falsely presents generated media as verified evidence.

Veyloom may block, reject, remove, review, or restrict content or accounts that violate this policy.

Every prompt submitted for AI image or video generation is screened through Creem Moderation before generation. Requests that receive a flag or deny decision are blocked and are not sent to the generation model.

If prompt screening is temporarily unavailable, Veyloom will fail closed: the request is blocked until screening is available again.

Prompts and media may be checked automatically. Flagged generations may be reviewed by the individual operator or an authorized reviewer before completion or download.

Veyloom may block, reject, remove, review, refund, suspend, or restrict access for requests that violate this policy.
