Veyloom is operated by an independent developer / individual operator. Veyloom does not currently publish a registered company entity, and no personal street address is published.

The payment descriptor or merchant name shown during payment may be kurisu0825.

Governing law is TBD. Dispute venue and jurisdiction are TBD and will be confirmed based on the operator's actual location, payment setup, and primary service markets.

Veyloom provides an AI image and video generation workspace for prompts, uploaded media, templates, previews, downloads, and generation history.

Veyloom is an independent product that provides a custom workspace for accessing third-party AI models. Veyloom is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the underlying model providers.

The service may change as model availability, cost, safety requirements, and infrastructure evolve.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Veyloom. If you are a minor in your location, you must have permission from a parent or guardian.

Veyloom is not offered where prohibited by law, sanctions, payment provider restrictions, or AI generation provider restrictions.

You need an account to create generations. Credits are consumed based on model tier, duration, resolution, and generation type.

Free credits are provided for evaluation. Paid subscriptions may be available when checkout is available for your account, and final price and credits are shown before payment.

Credits are not legal tender, banked funds, or a stored-value cash product. Credits are used only inside Veyloom for supported generation workflows.

Users may cancel a subscription at any time.

After cancellation, the paid plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.

After the billing period ends, the account returns to the Free plan unless the subscription is renewed.

Subscription credits already granted remain available permanently unless fraud, abuse, chargeback, or account closure requires support review.

Veyloom may change plan features or credit allocations with notice where required.

You are responsible for your prompts, uploads, and use of outputs, including rights to any source media you provide.

You may not use Veyloom to generate, request, upload, edit, distribute, or promote NSFW, adult, pornographic, sexually explicit, or sexually suggestive AI image and video generation content.

You may not use Veyloom for face-swap, deepfake, or face-manipulation content, or market the service as uncensored, no filter, NSFW, 18+, or unfiltered generation.

Commercial use is allowed only when you comply with applicable law, Veyloom rules, platform rules, and the terms of relevant third-party models or providers.

Veyloom does not guarantee that outputs are free from similarity to existing works, trademarks, likenesses, or other third-party rights.

Generation speed and output availability depend on selected settings, current capacity, model availability, and safety checks.

Veyloom screens AI image and video generation prompts through Creem Moderation before generation and may reject, block, or restrict requests that violate our Acceptable Use Policy or moderation requirements.

Requests that receive a flag or deny moderation decision are blocked. If prompt screening is unavailable, Veyloom will fail closed and does not send the prompt to a generation model.

Veyloom may throttle, block, review, or refund requests to protect users, providers, and the service.

Failed generations with no completed output automatically return credits when the system can confirm the failure.

Cash refunds, duplicate charges, damaged outputs, unavailable downloads, and delayed outputs are handled under the Refund Policy.
