Veyloom refund rules for failed generations, unused subscription credits, and used credits.

Failed generations

Failed generations automatically return credits.

If a generation failed but credits were not returned automatically, contact support with the creation record from My Creations.

Subscription payments

Subscription payments with unused credits may be eligible for refund within 7 days of purchase.

Used credits are generally non-refundable.

Subjective dissatisfaction with generated results does not guarantee a cash refund.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.

Refund processing may take 5-10 business days, depending on the payment provider.

How to request a refund

Refund requests should be sent to support@veyloom.com.

Email support@veyloom.com with your account email, payment date, plan, and the reason for the request.
